This project involved the internal and external alteration and refurbishment of a Grade II listed building. Situated over 7 floors the works included extensive internal refurbishment including partitions, ceilings and raised floors together with associated M&E works whilst maintaining the integrity of the listed element of the building. Externally the building was given a façade clean together with new windows and terrace alterations.

This scheme involved the refurbishment and internal re-modelling of an existing office building to provide 2100m2 of office space with the addition of two new floors. Original architectural features have been restored and new services added. The completed offices are accessible for disabled people and fully air-conditioned.
