Walter Lilly has carried out a number of contracts for this Client. The contracts, which have been procured both traditionally and as Design & Build schemes, have included laboratory alterations, new build accommodation for an NMR and the refurbishment and fitting out of modern office accommodation to high specifications including the installation of IT and telecommunication.
Building 18 - The Company was appointed for this Design & Build refurbishment scheme to provide chemistry laboratories including 12 fume cupboards and two Class II safety cabinets.
