- The works can be carried out more efficiently and quickly as lessons learnt on each project are carried forward.
- The Client has access to a secured resource for the duration of the Agreement, reducing the risks of a fluctuating marketplace.
- Better quality can be achieved as our subcontractors and suppliers also understand what is required and benefit from working on similar projects.
- Bulk buying discounts can be obtained from suppliers and subcontractors in the knowledge that further projects are in the pipeline, and if necessary Value Engineering will be carried out.
- Walter Lilly is able to source alternative suppliers and product ranges if necessary.
- Reductions can be negotiated in overheads and profits and in preliminary costs.
- Relationships are developed and consolidated throughout the team.
